Who we are: Quant Trading Consultancy Limited ("QTC", "we") is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Registered in England and Wales, company no. 15290703. Contact: info@qtc.global.

What we collect: When you use our enquiry or case-study request forms, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email address, firm, role, firm type, the information in your message and, if you choose, who referred you.

Why we use it: To respond to your enquiry or request, to decide whether to share a case study, and to manage any resulting business relationship. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and developing client relationships. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with: Our website host and email provider, who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data. If a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by UK data protection law.

How long we keep it: Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the engagement and our legal obligations.

Website analytics: We do not currently use website analytics. If we introduce them, we will update this notice first.

Your rights: You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Email info@qtc.global. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
