Costa Victoros founded Quant Trading Consultancy (QTC) to take electronic trading businesses and products from first idea to live trading.
He has 15 years in global quantitative trading across equities, FX, futures and crypto, building trading platforms, optimising trading technology and business practices, and reducing latency. His experience includes:
- Senior leadership in the EMEA business of a global quant fund during a period of significant profit growth.
- Leading vendor and technology partnerships worth tens of millions of pounds.
- Setting up an electronic trading desk from scratch for a Canadian bank.
- Delivering measurable latency reductions for a crypto market maker.
